Solstice a start-up phase customer management and acquisition firm dedicated to making solar energy accessible to all Americans through community solar. Solstice is on the forefront of promoting more inclusive community solar products and increasing access to low-to-moderate income folk.

Joined the property management team at 1633 Broadway (NYC,NY) and assisted in day-to-day operations and forward budgeting activities. Duties varied by day and included but were not limited to invoicing, expense allocation, cost forecasting, budgeting, lease analysis, coordination with contractors, tenant relations management and crisis management. Acted as a liaison with tenants, asset management team, leasing team, engineering team and C-suite on a daily basis. Gained valuable experience in systems management, communication, project prioritization, tenant (or "stakeholder") management, project management and organization in a business setting.
